Your privacy is important to us, so this document, Privacy & security policies, will help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we process it. This covers data use within Glorifyd Media Ministries, Inc. and on our website, at https://godisgathering.org.
Data collection and use. We collect and use your information below to provide our services, and to improve our delivery of them.
Contact information. You provide your first name and email address when you subscribe to our free newsletter, and when we send you information about our services and technology improvements. You may unsubscribe from all notifications by following the instructions contained within them.
Donation transaction information. This information, which includes your first name, last name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, and optional phone number is held on our servers or local computers to maintain our services to you.
Credit and debit card transactions. We accept online payments through PayPal, at https://www.paypal.com, and do not process credit card data directly. No information about your credit or debit card is held by us, either on our servers or on local computers.
Additional Information. If you email us, we keep your message, email address, and any contact information provided, to respond to you.
Cookies and website tracking technologies. When you visit our website, “cookies” (tiny files stored and used by your web browser) are saved to your computer. Cookies are used to register information about your visit and navigation around our website (which pages you visited, what date and time you visited, how long you spent on any page, etc. are examples of this), which we may use to improve our website experience and services.
We use Google Analytics, at https://www.google.com/analytics/, to track our website traffic. This service is provided by Google to track and provide reports on website traffic.
We may identify and record your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and for website administration.
Your IP address is also used to help identify you and your time spent on our website, and to gather broad demographic information. This allows us to see which parts of our website are being visited. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information. This means that a visitor’s session will be tracked, but the visitor remains anonymous. We do not use this information for any other purposes.

Accessing, modifying and deleting your personal information. You may access, modify or delete your personal information at any time from your account dashboard on our website. If you delete your account, all personal data, messages, comments, notes, uploads, course and lesson ratings, certificates, group study access, group messaging, study tools and any other data related to your account will be removed immediately. After doing this, you may register another account using the same details, however, all information you previously deleted will remain irretrievable.
